How fast can you build my website?
Three business days from the day your payment goes through.
Is the audit really free?
Yes. I record a Loom video reviewing your current website's design, mobile experience, and SEO. There's no cost and no obligation.
Can I see a demo before I sign up?
Yes. Ask for a free demo website along with your audit and I'll build a preview of what your new site could look like.
Do I need to provide photos and text?
You'll get the best result if you do. If you don't have them ready, I can gather your business's content from Google, Yelp, and Facebook.
Do you work outside Woodland Park and Colorado Springs?
Yes. I'm starting in Woodland Park and Colorado Springs and work with businesses anywhere in Colorado.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There's no setup fee on any plan. You pay your monthly price, starting at $149.
What's the difference between the plans?
All three plans include a custom website, hosting, and domain management. The differences:
- Basecamp, $149/mo: 5 updates per month
- Ridgeline, $199/mo: 10 updates per month plus online booking
- Summit, $349/mo: 20 updates per month plus online ordering
How do I pay?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe and charged monthly.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
Every plan has a 3-month minimum. After that it renews month to month automatically, and you can cancel any time.
What counts as a minor update?
Things like:
- Contact info changes
- Adding or removing a menu item or product (each one counts as one update)
- Photo gallery updates
- Logo updates
- Adding reviews
What isn't included in my updates?
New pages, color scheme changes or other major design changes, changes to the layout (unless something is broken), and complete overhauls of your products or menu. These are billed at $50 per hour.
Do unused updates roll over?
No. Your updates reset at the start of each month.
Who owns my domain?
You do. Your domain is registered to you, and I manage it for you while you're a client.
Can I own my website outright?
Yes. You can buy out your website at any time for a flat $1,500.
What happens if I cancel?
If you've bought your site in full, it's yours to keep. If you cancel without buying the site in full, the website goes offline. Your domain stays yours either way.
